MAP is an innovative technique that was discovered in 2013 by Colette Streicher, MSW, with adaptions by the fascinating work of psychologist, Dr. Garry Flint, in his book, “A Theory and Treatment of your Personality: a Manual for Change.” Thousands of MAP sessions have been given to people all around the world. It is a very unique and powerful technique.
Through MAP, the subconscious can independently diagnose how to heal memories and allow change to occur. MAP is both a passive and active technique where you don’t have to be conscious and talk about everything in your life for 5 hours. The conscious logic is not the main tool here, MAP uses a more passive way to neutralize your thoughts, memories, and beliefs about certain subjects.
